"Where do I start? The all-inclusive resort was fantastic, and it took 100% of the stress of where and when to meet or eat completely out of the picture. The quality of the vendors was phenomenal, and the hour-long meetings were essential to get to a place of mutual understanding. All in all, I think using the same vetting processes you've used for this event will go a long way to continuing the show, asking the question, what people would I put in a room together that have the ethics, expertise, and vision to create value and partnerships with one another.
